Unless otherwise noted, tour prices are valid to
December, 2004, and include all accommodations, meals including bottled water and soft drinks, transfers, sightseeing, baggage handling, lecturers, hotel taxes, gratuities, entrance fees to museums and places of interest and
game park fees.
Minibuses and 4-wheel drive Land Rovers, Toyota Land Cruisers and Nissan Minibuses with the highest maintenance standards.
Expert wildlife driver/guide who speaks English.
Full board accommodations in hotels and lodges, as well as 3 a la carte meals per day.
Bottled water.
Morning and afternoon game drives in the National Park.
A tour of Maasai Village (will be optional per tour)
A lecture by prominent, local experts regarding wildlife, folklore and politics of the country.
Farewell cocktail party.
Not included in quoted tour prices: Costs of obtaining passports or visas; personal expenses such as beverages (except those provided with included meals), laundry, and room service; gratuities to your safari driver/guide, any airfares unless specifically noted in the itinerary, sightseeing or meals not included in the itinerary optional activities; personal insurance coverage. Baggage is at the owner's risk throughout the tour.
Registration: A deposit, by certified check, of 10% per person is required at the time you book. The balance of the trip cost is due 60 days prior to your departure date. If your reservation is made within 60-90 days of departure, the entire cost of the trip must be paid at the time of confirmation. You will receive your invoice and pre-tour documentation upon receipt of your deposit.
Cancellation Fee Charges: For all tours cancellations received up to 60 days prior to departure, 2.5% per person per tour or extension; 59-45 days prior, 10% of tour price, 44-15 days prior, 25% of tour price; 14 days or less prior, 100% of tour price.
Claims and Refunds: Refunds are not made for any missed tour services, unless a statement in writing is received within 30 days of the termination of the tour and
is accompanied by detail of circumstances. Adjustments will not be made for unused sightseeing trips or meals. We do not accept any liability for any claims that are not received within 30 days of the termination of your tour.
Prices and Arrangements: Quoted tour prices include planning, handling and operational charges, and are based on current rates of international currency exchange, local tariffs and taxes. We reserve the right to adjust the tour prices to cover increases in these costs and any expenditures or losses incurred while on tour caused by tour members.
Photography on Tour: We reserve the right to take photographs during the operation of any tour or part thereof, and to use resulting photographs for promotional purposes. By booking a reservation with Lion's Safari, tour members agree to allow their image to be used in such photographs; tour members who prefer that their image not be used are asked to identify themselves to the tour escort/driver at the commencement of his or her tour.
Liability Statement: Lion's Safari International cannot be held liable for any property loss, death or injury that may occur 1) while with a third party tour services provider 2) due to the behavior of either a tour party member(s) or the claimant 3) acts of nature beyond the control or monitoring of Lion's Safari's escort/guides.
